​L. I. A.  =  Love In Action is a place where we can help the Foster Care Children when they time out of the system and are left with no family or anyone to help them start life as an adult. 

It would be a place where the community has an opportunity to get involved to teach a multitude of life skills that they most likely were not taught in foster care.

My vision is to have a large piece of land that has tiny homes on it for them to live in and a large center building for the community to come together and teach them different skills from cooking, balancing a check book, to changing the oil in their car.. the list is endless.

I was thinking to have a business at the front of the property that can support this vision and in addition to the business at the front we could also have to the back of the property a garden to teach them how to grow their own organic food and then a farm to teach them how to raise chickens and livestock  which we would also sell to support the vision. 

  

The Children would have to pursue some kind of skill, trade, or education to maintain their residence on the property in addition to helping out either at the business at the front of the property or with the gardening or the animals.

 

I am not sure what step to take next to get this started, so I am seeking that as we speak.
